Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour or experience with The Red Outdoor Xperience, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking and Deposit

A deposit of $500 USD per person is required to confirm your booking. Your spot is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed by our team.

Payment

Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. If your booking is made less than 60 days before the trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 or more days before departure: No charge. Full refund minus any transaction fees.
  • 59 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
  • 44 days or less before departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged. No refund.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@theredoutdoor.cl.

Travel and Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants and is not included in the tour price. Your policy must cover adventure and outdoor activities, emergency medical evacuation, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance may be requested before the start of the tour.

Weather and Itinerary Changes

Patagonia is known for unpredictable weather conditions. Itineraries may be modified at any time due to weather, trail conditions, or other safety concerns. The safety of our participants is always the top priority. No refunds will be issued for changes made due to weather or safety reasons.

Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by activity. Some tours are suitable for families with children, while others require participants to be 18 years or older. Please contact us for specific age requirements for your chosen tour.

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, exposure to extreme weather, altitude-related conditions, and wildlife encounters. By participating in any tour or experience with The Red Outdoor Xperience, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the start of any activity.
